Migtra Productivity was created based on the assessment of opportunities for operational improvement in leading companies of the transport sector.

Operation Control in Real Time
The operation control service includes monitoring each of the key variables needed to better understand the productivity level of an operation. To achieve this, we generate a control panel tailored for the client, which allows to see the following information:

- Types of vehicles in operation.
- Number of times the vehicle entered the operation.
- Number of times the vehicle left the operation.
- Status of each vehicle (loading, unloading, active, out of operation, etc.)

Through the development of Control Panels, which are adapted to each specific transport process, and the needs of each client, we seek to understand what are the setbacks or delays that the analyzed system may have. The characteristics of this service allow us to know:

Thanks to the application of Artificial Intelligence, Migtra has developed the ETA service, which allows to estimate arrival times for transport fleets studied. To calculate the ETA, the following variables are used:

Migtra Live is a service that allows to see in real time the status of each vehicle in relation to the planned routes. Live provides fleet managers with a real-time map display of the following statuses:
- Condition of the vehicles (parked, moving).
- Travel direction.
- Status of a specific vehicle compared to the rest of the fleet.
Video Analytics
MIGTRA Video Analytics is a solution that implements an automatic management system of video monitoring to prevent personal accidents and control productivity. This is achieved by supervising 100% of the operations, detecting the use of safety elements, prohibited areas, human-machine interaction, among other functions. Additionally, this service can trigger on-site alerts to prevent accidents and producing ex-post reports for the management of events on a cloud-based platform.
